Product description
The vineyards lie in some of Chablis’ most prized terroirs. The vines are cultivated sustainably, with a focus on preserving the unique minerality characteristic of Chablis. The soils are predominantly Kimmeridgian, rich in marine fossils.
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, without any oak influence, which allows the minerality of the terroir to be the focus. Gentle fermentation, with extended lees ageing to enhance its complexity and mouthfeel. Crisp, mineral-driven profile. Lively notes of green apple, citrus zest, and a subtle flinty edge characterise the wine, with fresh acidity providing structure. The finish is clean, with a fine touch of salinity.
