Product description
Organically farmed (non-certified) and Guyot-trained, vines are carefully managed for low vigour. Hand-harvested and sorted. Fermented over 12 days with a 3–5 day cold maceration and twice-daily pump-overs or punch-downs. Aged 18 months (12 in oak, 6 in tank). The 2022 vintage was bottled unfined and unfiltered. Aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it’s fresh and medium-bodied, with silky tannins and balanced acidity. Juicy red fruit and a hint of spice lead to a clean, elegant finish.
