Product description
Gamay sourced from a 3-hectare vineyard with vines aged between 40 to 80 years. The vineyard is located in the AOC Morgon Cru du Beaujolais, benefiting from pink granite, decomposing schist, and molten rock soils. Yield of 42hl/ha. This wine undergoes traditional vinification, with 75-80% of the grapes destemmed and macerated for 8 days. It is aged in stainless steel tanks, allowing for the preservation of fruit character while promoting freshness. Ripe red berries, cherries and raspberries, with delicate floral accents of violet and rose petals. On the palate, succulent notes of juicy strawberries, red currants, and hints of cranberry. Lively acidity adds freshness, supple tannins.
