Product description
Sustainably farmed Gamay vines, averaging 40 years old, grow on sandy granite soils enriched with manganese. The east-facing slopes of Les Gimarets are densely planted (8,000 vines/ha), yielding concentrated fruit at 40 hl/ha.
Hand-harvested grapes are carefully sorted, with 75% destemmed before undergoing traditional fermentation. The wine is matured in concrete tanks, highlighting purity and freshness, with an ageing potential of 6–8 years.
Elegant aromas of violet, ripe cherry, and blackberry lead to a vibrant palate. Juicy red fruits, fine tannins, and a mineral finish.
