Product description
Grapes are hand-harvested from select plateau vineyards, then rested for three months in the fruit cellar under carefully controlled temperature and humidity conditions. Fermentation with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures, with daily pump-overs and punch-downs over 15 days. The wine is then aged for six months in French oak tonneaux, followed by 12 months in stainless steel tanks. Deep ruby in colour, this dessert wine offers rich aromas of ripe cherry jam and sweet spices. The palate is velvety and full-bodied, with a harmonious balance of sweetness and freshness, leading to a long, elegant finish.
