Product description
35-year-old Chardonnay vines rooted in Kimmeridgian limestone soils, rich in marine fossils. The Beauroy climat, located on the left bank of the Serein River, features steep slopes with southern to south-eastern exposures, ensuring optimal sunlight. This terroir imparts a generous character to the wine, balancing power and finesse. Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations occur naturally with indigenous yeasts, entirely in stainless steel tanks. The nose is vibrant, with aromas of white flowers, citrus zest, and a hint of flint. On the palate, it is round and full, with a perfect balance of ripe fruit, freshness, and minerality. The finish is long, smooth, and indulgent.
