Product description
Grapes grown on shallow, stony clay-limestone (Portlandian) soils in the upper hillside of Côte de Léchet. A mix of old vine parcels with later harvest to enhance maturity and minerality. Native yeasts used; fermentation and ageing predominantly in vats or older barrels on fine lees, with malolactic allowed when helpful, to preserve freshness and terroir clarity. Pale yellow with greenish tinges, this wine opens with bright citrus and white-flower aromas, followed by peach and subtle chalky minerality. The palate is focused and crisp, combining a refined texture with racy acidity and a lingering minerally finish.
