Product description
Laurent and his brother Pascal share an unwavering passion for every stage of vine cultivation and winemaking. From their charming base in the village of Remigny, nestled at the meeting point of the prestigious Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay, they carefully nurture 20 hectares of diverse plots across the Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise.
The grapes are sourced from venerable vineyards in the Côte Chalonnaise, where vines average 30 years old. Set on gentle slopes bathed in optimal sunlight, these vineyards benefit from low yields and are cultivated with a strong commitment to organic practices and minimal intervention, ensuring authentic expression of the terroir.
Expect a delightful bouquet of crisp green apple, zesty lemon peel, and elegant hints of white blossoms. The palate is lively and harmonious, offering a refreshing burst of citrus and minerality, with vibrant acidity lifting every note. A subtle, nutty hint of hazelnut lingers gracefully on the finish.
