Product description
Grapes come from well-established vineyards in the Côte Chalonnaise, with vines averaging 30 years of age. The vineyards are positioned on slopes with optimal sun exposure. Low yields with a focus on organic practices and minimal intervention. The wine is fermented in a combination of stainless steel and French oak barrels, with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 12 months with regular lees stirring. Bottled with minimal sulphur and no fining or filtration. Aromas of crisp apple, lemon zest, and hints of white flower. The palate is fresh and balanced, with a vibrant acidity that lifts the flavours of green apple, citrus, and a touch of minerality. Finish with subtle notes of hazelnut.
