    Product description

Run by two brothers, Laurent and Pascal, the cellars of this domaine are nestled in the village of Remigny, just across the winding River Dheune, which separates the Côte de Beaune from the Côte Chalonnaise. Laurent and Pascal are deeply passionate about every aspect of their vines, minimizing synthetic treatments. Laurent describes the domaine as ‘bio-raisonnée,’ a balanced approach between conventional and organic cultivation.

The wine reveals enticing aromas of white fruits, a touch of citrus, and a lovely floral quality that evolves into complex notes of orange blossom over time. On the palate, it exhibits a delightful richness with a creamy texture and a pleasing grip. Tangy notes of quince and citrus harmonize with long, mealy flavors, creating a truly pleasant tasting experience.

About the producer: Domaine Pascal & Laurent Borgeot

Brothers Pascal & Laurent Borgeot are the fourth generation of winemaker based in Remilly and spend every moment they can in their immaculately kept vineyards. Using the most natural approach possible in the vineyard, they use only organic fertilisers and, practice ‘lutte raisonnée’ rather than completely embracing organic viticulture. The Borgeot aim is to yield low volumes in order to obtain the maximum expression of the terroir. After investing a lot in their cellar in recent years, the quality of their wine is on the rise. Their 20 hectares of vine are located in the villages of Bouzeron, Rully, Santenay, Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet. All their wines are aged in oak barrel of which 25% is new.
