Product description
Vineyard located in the Santenay appellation in the Côte de Beaune. The vines benefit from a southern exposure on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are hand-harvested to ensure only the best quality fruit is selected. Fermentation in a combination of stainless steel and French oak barrels. Aged for 12 months, with around 15-20% of the blend in new oak. Minimal filtration before bottling. Bouquet of fresh citrus, white flowers, and a hint of almond, complemented by a delicate minerality. On the palate, the wine is crisp and refreshing with bright acidity, balanced by a round, creamy texture.
