Product description
The grapes for this wine are sourced from vineyards spanning 8 hectares across the Côte de Beaune, including Saint-Romain, Auxey-Duresses, Meursault, and Monthelie. The estate practices sustainable viticulture, incorporating organic methods. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with native yeast, followed by a 10-day maceration to extract optimal colour and flavour. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels (20% new), where it ages for 12 months. Fresh aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry, and delicate floral notes. The palate is medium-bodied, with silky tannins and vibrant acidity, offering flavours of red berries and a touch of earthy spice. The finish is smooth, with a hint of toasty oak.
