Product description
This Gevrey-Chambertin comes from vines situated on clay-limestone soils, with a mix of south-east and south-west exposure.
Grapes are hand-harvested, gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel. Maceration for 12-14 days with manual remontage. After fermentation, aged for 12 months in a combination of French oak barrels (15-20% new oak) and concrete tanks.
Aromas of ripe red berries, spices, and earthy undertones. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied with silky tannins, offering flavours of cherry, raspberry, and subtle oak spice. The finish is elegant and well-structured.
