Product description
Nestled in Montà d’Alba, within the chalky Roero hills of Piedmont, the Pelassa family tends to 16 hectares of vineyards, cultivating the grapes that thrive best in this terroir: Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Arneis. The current winery was established in 1960 by the late Mario Pelassa, a venerable figure in the wine industry with over five decades of experience. Today, his legacy is carried forward by his sons, Davide and Daniele, who blend time-honored vinification traditions with contemporary winemaking techniques.
This Arneis greets the senses with vibrant citrus notes, complemented by the subtle aromas of green almonds and wildflowers, gradually revealing nuances of fresh herbs. On the palate, it is elegantly clean, cool, and crisp, offering delightful flavors of peach, apricot, and lemon zest, culminating in a finish marked by lively acidity.
