Product description
Hand-harvested from old vines yielding just 1 tonne per hectare, ensuring exceptional concentration and character in the fruit. Fermented in old 300-litre barrels using a mix of ambient and selected commercial yeasts, followed by extended time on fine lees. The wine matures in barrel for 11 months to build texture and complexity. Sourced from vines planted in 1977. Intense yet refined aromas of citrus fruits alongside peach, flowers and hints of herbs. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, the wine display a bright and refreshing acidity and a saline finish.
