    Sourced from younger vines planted on Kimmeridgian soils, this Petit Chablis reflects the character of its terroir, rich in limestone and marine fossils. The vineyard is managed sustainably, with attention to maintaining ecological balance.

    Fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel, this wine is designed to highlight the purity and freshness of the Petit Chablis style. No oak influence is used, preserving the wine’s clean, crisp character and vibrant acidity. Crisp citrus notes, green apple, and a hint of flinty minerality. Light-bodied but full of flavour with lively acidity.

    About the producer: Domaine Samuel Billaud

    Located in the heart of Chablis, Domaine Samuel Billaud is a sustainable winery that uses gravity for most of the winemaking process. Samuel had previously been the winemaker at the renowned Domaine Billaud-Simon. He created his own label in 2015 and purchased four hectares of vines that had previously belonged to Domaine Billaud-Simon. Highly esteemed, Samuel is one of a kind, as Neal Martin rightly points out: ‘We should see him right at the top of Chablis producers alongside the likes of Raveneau and Vincent Dauvissat’.

    Returns

    SALE OR RETURN is available by prior arrangement only and for orders of 96 bottles or more. All returns are at the customer’s expense. Returns must be made within 28 days of original delivery and goods must be in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to only refund up to 25% of the original order. For further details please contact customer services 020 8858 6011.

    CANCELLATIONS can be made within seven working days from receipt of delivery, provided that all wines are unopened and in their original condition. To cancel an order customers should contact the Customer Service team on 020 8858 6011 or email orders@davy.co.uk. It is your responsibility to keep the wines safe and in their original condition until collection is made.

    TASTING CANCELLATIONS – full refunds can only be made where at least 7 days’ notice is given prior to the event date. Refunds will only be given after this time if we are able to re-sell your tickets. In the event that a tasting is cancelled, Davy’s shall offer customers a full refund.
