Hand-harvested from a single vineyard of 20-year-old vines, yielding 49 hl/ha. Part of Château Daugay’s low-intervention range, this wine reflects a commitment to sustainable viticulture and site expression. Whole berry vatting in stainless steel tanks with a short pre-fermentation cold maceration, protected by inert gas. Fermentation lasted 12 days at 24°C with commercial yeast. Aged for 6 months in Flextank Ovoid Eggs, with no oak influence,. Bright and lively, this wine showcases aromas of fresh red berries, subtle floral notes, and a touch of spice. The palate is clean and vibrant, with a smooth texture, refreshing acidity, and a long, elegant finish.
