Product description
The ‘Lieu-dit Mont Joli’ parcel is situated atop a hillside adjacent to the chapel of Saint Laurent d’Oingt in the Rhône region. This elevated site features granite soils, ideal for cultivating Gamay grapes, and benefits from optimal sun exposure. The Gamay grapes from ‘Mont Joli’ are hand-harvested and vinified to highlight the terroir’s characteristics. The resulting wine undergoes ageing to develop its structure and finesse. A refined Beaujolais Pierres Dorées with delicate spice notes and a fine tannic structure. The palate offers vibrant red berry flavors, underpinned by a subtle minerality, leading to a balanced, elegant finish.
