Hand-harvested from old vines rooted in deep white soils, which enhance the Chardonnay’s complexity. Yields are limited to 42 hL/ha, ensuring balance and concentration even at regional level. Fermented in vessel with ambient yeast, followed by natural malolactic fermentation. Aged in French toasted oak with one or two bâtonnages to build texture and complexity. Clear and bright, with a beautiful pale gold hue. The nose reveals aromas of white fruits with a hint of vanilla. Lively and aromatic on the palate, the fruit is round and lingers elegantly on the finish.
