    Product description

Organically farmed Riesling and Welschriesling from hillside vineyards, harvested by hand to preserve freshness and character. Whole bunches were gently pressed, then fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel and oak. Aged six months on fine lees for texture and bottled undisgorged for a naturally sparkling style. Bright and expressive, showing aromas of preserved lemon and subtle herbs. The palate is juicy and textured, with layers of stone fruit and a touch of flinty minerality, finishing with a lively, lightly sparkling freshness.
