Grapes are harvested at night, when temperatures are low, to ensure better quality fruit. They are machine-harvested. Pneumatic pressing is used for a light extraction. Fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks with commercial yeast to preserve aromatic intensity. The wine is then aged in the same tanks for 3-4 months. The aim is to preserve freshness and enhance the aromatic potential of the wine. Lively aromas of citrus, green apple, and tropical fruits, complemented by subtle floral notes. The palate is crisp and well-balanced, with zesty lemon, juicy peach, and a hint of herbaceousness.
