The grapes for this wine are sourced from the Central Valley in Chile, where the vineyards benefit from a Mediterranean climate. Hand and Machine-harvested. Fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit. It is then aged in French oak barrels for a period, which imparts subtle oak nuances while maintaining the wine’s natural fruit character. Fresh citrus, green apple, and delicate hints of tropical fruits. The palate is vibrant with crisp acidity, balanced by a subtle creaminess, and flavors of lemon zest, ripe melon, and a touch of vanilla.
