Pinot Grigio from 10-year-old vines in Modeano, using selected clones. Its pink-grey skins give the wine its Ramato colour — a traditional Friulian style achieved through brief skin contact. Grapes are destemmed and macerated on the skins for around 10 hours to extract colour and flavour. After gentle pressing, the must is settled and then fermented at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts. A rich aroma of tropical fruits, hints of flowers and wild honey. Beautifully balanced on the palate with a zesty and long finish.
