Organically farmed Tempranillo from estate vineyards in Navarra. The vines are cultivated with a focus on biodiversity and minimal intervention to reflect the purity of the terroir. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. No additives used. A short ageing period in tank allows the tannins to soften naturally, preserving freshness and varietal expression. Bright and youthful with vivid red fruit flavours of strawberry and raspberry. Herbal notes of lavender and thyme add complexity, supported by lively acidity.
