The parcels are ploughed and hand-harvested. Vineyards of 0.3 ha with vines that are 35 years old. Pneumatic press pressing, with alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in French oak barrels. Matured on fine lees in new French oak barrels and 500-litre puncheons for 10 months. Aromas of golden apple, ripe pear, and subtle citrus with hints of toasted almond and vanilla from maturation in French oak. The palate is creamy and layered, with vibrant acidity and a touch of minerality, with a long, refined finish.
