Product description
The grapes are pressed, stirred and settled before fermentation and ageing in new oak barrels. The wine then matures for six months, gaining texture, depth and complexity. From old-vine parcels on stony, limestone-rich soils in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve freshness, balance and varietal character. Golden straw in colour with aromas of citrus, stone fruit and subtle oak spice. The palate is rounded and textured, showing ripe peach, pear and creamy lees notes, balanced by freshness and a long, elegant finish.
