Product description
This small estate covers 16 hectares of vineyards planted on Portlandian and Kimmeridgian clay and flint soils. The vines, aged 40 years, are carefully sourced, with each parcel treated individually. Grapes are gently pressed using a pneumatic press and gravity flow. Alcoholic fermentation lasts for one month in thermo-regulated vats with no malolactic fermentation. The wines are aged plot by plot before being blended. Floral and citrus aromas with a touch of minerality. Clean and crisp on the palate, this is a medium bodied wine with good length. A great value Sancerre!
