Product description
Grapes are sourced from 15-year-old organically managed vineyards at 200 meters above sea level, with a focus on sustainable practices. The vines are trained using the spurred cordon method, with 4,000 vines per hectare. Hand-harvested grapes are refrigerated overnight before a gentle pressing. After 36 hours of decanting, fermentation occurs in stainless steel at 15°C. The wine is vegan and produced using renewable energy. Lifted herbal notes and bright citrus with a stony mineral undertone. The palate shows more weight and texture, balanced by freshness and a savoury, persistent finish.
