Product description
Hand-thinned to maintain low yields, the grapes come from roughly 20-year-old vines in Waipara, ensuring concentration, purity, and expression of the region’s distinctive terroir. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel to preserve the pure fruit character. The wine then matures on gross lees for three months, enhancing its texture and aromatic complexity. Pale straw with aromas of pear, apple and white blossom. Fresh and vibrant on the palate, with stone fruit and citrus notes, subtle lees texture, and a clean, lively finish.
