Product description
The grapes for Blanco lías thrive on the edge of the Bardenas Desert, where resilience is key to survival. The extreme climate, with warm days and cool nights, enhances acidity and aromatic intensity, ensuring a vibrant and fresh expression of the grapes. Grapes are harvested early to retain acidity and delicate floral and white fruit aromas. After a gentle pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks. The wine then rests on its lees for four months, adding texture and complexity before bottling. Fresh and vibrant, with Chardonnay providing structure and Viura adding crisp acidity. This wine offers aromas of citrus, apple, pear, and stone fruit, with delicate white floral notes. Lively on the palate, with refreshing acidity.
