Product description
Sourced from organically cultivated, middle-aged vines growing in loess-rich soils with alumina inclusions and small amounts of gravel. Hand harvesting allows for meticulous fruit selection and precise expression of the Ried Neuberg vineyard. Two hours of skin contact precede spontaneous fermentation. Aged on fine lees for 12 months and bottled unfiltered, resulting in a textured, complex and expressive wine. Elegant and multi-layered, with ripe apple, citrus zest and subtle tropical fruit notes. Fresh acidity, fine minerality and a saline finish bring depth, balance and remarkable persistence.
