Vines are pruned in goblet and cordon de Royat, using only organic-approved treatments. Green and manual harvesting ensure optimal fruit concentration and quality. Varieties are vinified separately with selected yeasts. Fermented in concrete vats. Ageing occurs in stainless steel or 500–600L barrels for balance between freshness and subtle oak influence. An elegant white with a crystalline hue and subtle green-gold highlights. On the nose, it presents flinty minerality alongside citrus peel and herbal notes. The palate is generous yet crisp, revealing white-peach and nectarine fruit with balanced acidity.
