Sourced from premium vineyards in Chile’s Central Valley, where ideal Mediterranean conditions foster rich, aromatic fruit. Harvesting is done by hand in the cool early morning and late evening hours. After careful selection, the grapes undergo gentle pressing, using only the highest quality free-run juice to retain purity and freshness. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, avoiding oak and malolactic fermentation. Aromas of apricot, peach, and hints of citrus blossom. The palate is smooth yet vibrant, with juicy stone fruit flavours balanced by fresh acidity, leading to a clean, refreshing finish.
