Product description
Grown on greensand soils at Nine Oaks Vineyard in Kent, the fruit is hand-harvested at reduced yields and farmed under regenerative practices to organic certified standards. The Bacchus component undergoes an extended skin contact of 28 days, lending texture and depth, before blending with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier rosé and a small proportion of Chardonnay. Skin contact lends this full-bodied wine its texture and gentle tannic grip, while the rosé component brings freshness and lift. Orchard fruit and stone fruit on the palate, with a long, layered finish.
