Made with Sauvignon Blanc, this is an elegant and perfume wine with aromatic notes of citrus fruits and mineral character. Full bodied yet delicate and well balaced by a perfectly integrated acidity.
A sauvignon blanc with sliced-apple, pear and lime aromas and flavors. Full and racy. Lots of subtle grapefruit, mineral and lime character. White roses, too. Beatuiful length. The class and length of a top white Bordeaux. Gaja says the wine fermented a very long time. No malo. Natural yeast. Best Alteni de Brassica.- 95 pts James Suckling
