Assyrtiko grapes are grown in the rocky volcanic soil throughout the island and produce dry and full-bodied white wine with intense minerality and crisp acidity.
Handpicked from vines averaging 60-110 years old ungrafted vines and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Complex, stony aromas of fresh apricots and almonds. A silky and vivacious wine, with searing minerality and acidity, depth of flavour and a long clean finish. Unoaked.
