The selection showcases a mix of classics, including the Army & Navy Club’s very own Champagne, a classic White Burgundy from the Maconnais and mature cool-climate Shiraz from the Sidewood estate in Adelaide Hills; alongside new favourites from further afield such as the silky and complex Vespres Tinto from Josep Grau in the lesser-known Montsant region of Spain and a limited-run late harvest Semillon from South Africa that’s perfect with puds.
