The wine went through cold fermentation and was bottled early in order to retain crispy and fresh flavours. Aromas of fresh strawberries and white flowers on the nose and a crisp acidity on the palate.

This small family winery is located in Andosilla, South Rioja. Founded in 1995, the family has a long viticulture history dating back from the 18th century. All grapes are native varieties grown on their estate and certified organic. Using indegenous yeasts for their fermentation, their wine truely expresses Bagordi’s terroir.
