    Product description

    Rikus’s passion, experience and knowledge have made him a winemaker to watch in a country that is establishing itself as a premium wine producer. His award-winning wines are sourced from the best selected grapes the Western Cape has to offer.

    The ‘Bizoe’ range is derived from the French word ‘Bisous’, meaning little kiss while ‘Genant’ is named after his son and means ‘having the same name as somebody else’.
    Sourced from Darling and Wellington the grapes go through a cold maceration process to extract delicate fruit flavours. The result is a full-bodied and fruity blend of Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvèdre with hints of spice and some violet on the finish.

    Lovely dark berry spice, shaved chocolate, violets, and sweet turned earth, with a sweet-sour intensity and mouth-watering depth.

    The word ‘Bizoe’ is derived from the French word ‘Bisous’, meaning little kiss, and is the creation of vintner Rikus Neethling. ‘Less is more’ is at the forefront of his vinification and viticulture philosophy allowing the production of high-quality wines from the best selected grapes. The location in the Western Cape with blue skies and majestic mountain backdrops provides the perfect setting for Rikus to combine both his passion and knowledge for wine and South Africa.     Returns

    SALE OR RETURN is available by prior arrangement only and for orders of 96 bottles or more. All returns are at the customer’s expense. Returns must be made within 28 days of original delivery and goods must be in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to only refund up to 25% of the original order. For further details please contact customer services 020 8858 6011.

    CANCELLATIONS can be made within seven working days from receipt of delivery, provided that all wines are unopened and in their original condition. To cancel an order customers should contact the Customer Service team on 020 8858 6011 or email orders@davy.co.uk. It is your responsibility to keep the wines safe and in their original condition until collection is made.

    TASTING CANCELLATIONS – full refunds can only be made where at least 7 days’ notice is given prior to the event date. Refunds will only be given after this time if we are able to re-sell your tickets. In the event that a tasting is cancelled, Davy’s shall offer customers a full refund.
