Made by Colle Massari voted winery of the year 2014 by Gambero Rosso, Italy’s world famous food, wine and travel guide. This Super Tuscan is sourced from a 10 hectares parcel and has aged for 18 months in oak barrel with an additional 12 months in bottle. From the region made famous by Italy’s most iconic red – Sassicaia.
With a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese this Super Tuscan has intense cherry and plum fruit aromas with hints of balsamic. Rich, ripe and mouthfilling the palate has balanced tannins.

Colle Massari is a very modern Tuscan Domaine which covers three different estates including Colle Massari established in 1998, Grattamacco established in the late 1970’s and Poggio di Sotto established in the 1980’s. All were founded and are still run by brother and sister Claudio Tipa and Maria Iris.
