Product description
Sourced mainly from Bollinger’s estate vineyards—over 85% Grand and Premier Cru sites—dominated by Pinot Noir from Aÿ and Verzenay. Crafted from a blend of reserve wines, some aged up to 15 years, and partially vinified in oak barrels to add complexity and richness. Aged on the lees for exceptional balance and depth. Rich and expressive, with aromas of ripe fruit, toasted brioche, and subtle spice. The palate is full and refined, showing Bollinger’s trademark depth, creamy texture, and a long, elegant finish.
