Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Domaine Le Bosquet des Papes 2016 is available to purchase in bond.
Located in Châteauneuf du Pape, Domaine Bosquet des Papes is owned by the Boiron, a vintners family that goes back five generations. Each of them extended the estate while keeping in mind the preservation of the terroir and in 1965 Maurice, 4th generation, founded the estate Bosquet des Papes. Today his son Nicolas runs the domaine alongside his wife Jeanne-Claire. Using traditional wine making method, they aim to produce wines that require long period maturing in the cellar in order to be appreciated. Their wines are usually structured with firm tannin.
“Ripe and ready on the nose – cherry and raspberry fruit with a touch of marzipan. Fine, firm tannin and a little liquorice complexity on the finish. Smooth and soft. Nicely done. 16.5 points” Richard Hemming MW, jancisrobinson.com, November 2017.
Offered for sale, in bond. Price shown is per case (6x75cl bottles) and excludes delivery, UK duty and VAT which will be charged at the prevailing rate when the wine is released from bond. Please note, no further discounts apply to fine wines purchased online in bond. Reward points do not accrue on fine wine IB orders, nor may they be used to purchase fine wines.
