Sourced from south-facing vineyards across the Côte de Beaune, often situated just 10–100 metres from village and Premier Cru sites. The wine is fermented with native yeasts and aged for 10 months in French oak barrels (Pascal prefers Rousseau barrels or larger 500 L casks, and employs no bâtonnage). Inviting aroma of small red and black fruits—strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant and blueberry—layered with cooked prune, peppery spice, subtle woodland, moss and mushroom notes.

Returns must be made within 28 days of original delivery and goods must be in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to only refund up to 25% of the original order. CANCELLATIONS can be made within seven working days from receipt of delivery, provided that all wines are unopened and in their original condition. To cancel an order customers should contact the Customer Service team on 020 8858 6011 or email orders@davy.co.uk. It is your responsibility to keep the wines safe and in their original condition until collection is made.
TASTING CANCELLATIONS – full refunds can only be made where at least 7 days’ notice is given prior to the event date. Refunds will only be given after this time if we are able to re-sell your tickets. In the event that a tasting is cancelled, Davy’s shall offer customers a full refund.
