Product description
For DOC Garda wines, grapes are sourced from vineyards located on morainic hills with clayey, calcareous subsoil. These vineyards are aged between 10-25 years and use the Guyot growing method. Fermentation takes place in vessels for 10 days at a controlled temperature of 12-14°C to maintain aromatic freshness. The wine is then fined in stainless steel tanks for at least 3 months. Fresh and delicate bouquet with aromas of white flowers, green apple, and citrus. On the palate, it is crisp and lively, with flavours of lemon zest, pear, and a hint of almond, balanced by a refreshing acidity and a clean, mineral finish.
