Floral minerally notes on the nose followed by a dry rounded mouthfeel, good acidity, fresh stone fruits and steely notes.
French still white wine from Chablis in Burgundy (Bourgogne) France, made with Chardonnay.
The strength of Domaine des Malandes lies in having vineyards in all the Chablis appellations. A scion of the Tremblay family (growers in Chablis for generations), Lyne Marchive together with her husband, Jean Bernard, manages the estate with a sure hand. They know the region well and believe firmly that the best results can be achieved only if you are respectful of the soil; they are skilful in the cellars too, treating each Cuvee according to its needs. Sometimes oak is brought into play, but never when they feel that this could suppress the purity of the fruit. View our selection.
