Product description
The Roy family has been making wine in Chablis for over 200 years and is one of the largest owners of Grand Cru. They are known for making crisp, elegant, pure and unoaked Chablis.
Bougros produces wines less austere that tend to be more accessible in their youth than those from other Chablis Grand Cru. A classic mineral Chablis with a wonderful aromaticity. Full-bodied with mouth watering fruits on the palate and an incredible length.

There is plenty of 'heft' in this impressive, concentrated and full-bodied Chablis. With a stony, mineral, character on the palate, lots of spice notes, and a savoury, long finish, this needs a year or two in bottle to unfurl. The Roy family, vignerons in Fontenay for over 200 years, are the joint-largest owners of Bougros Grand Cru.
