Product description
The Roy family has been making wine in Chablis for over 200 years and is one of the largest owners of Grand Cru. They are known for making crisp, elegant, pure and unoaked Chablis.
Sourced from a splendidly sited 0.5 hectare plot in the heart of grand cru Preuses. Great complexity and concentration of fruits. On the palate, the mineral characters are beautifully balanced with the ripeness of the fruits. Excellent acidity that will make it age magnificently.
Awards
A riper, creamier style of Les Preuses with some buttery notes on the nose. Subtle orange blossom characters make this an appealing Grand Cru which is already generous and mouth-coating. There is plenty of typical 2019 concentration so this should evolve very well.
