Product description
2018 Chablis William Fevre En Primeur is available to purchase.
William Fèvre made his first vintage in 1959, and subsequently his name as one of Chablis’ greats over the following three decades. The man himself retired in 1988, when the Domaine was purchased by Champagne Joseph Henriot. In the last couple of decades there has been a move to the use of older oak barrels and a more subtle, integrated élevage. The Domaine consists of 12 hectares of premier cru and an enormous 16 hectares of grand crus vineyards.
“Fleshy and elegant bouquet revealing citrus, white fruits and flower aromas. The mouth is fresh, supple underscored by mineral notes.”
