Product description
The Ponsots ‘love wine because it is alive’. They apply biodynamic practices in the vineyard and age their wines in oak barrels which are at least 10 years old. Their Burgundies do require time to be appreciated but when they reach maturity, they are powerful yet elegant wine with great complexity.
This is the first cuvee ever made from this 0.31 hectares. Fully matured with ripe red berries and griotte cherry fruits, forest floor and earthiness. Complex with mineral notes, intense flavours and soft tannins.
