    Billecart Salmon, the epitome of champagne luxury, masterfully blends Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier to create an exquisite symphony of flavors. With an impressive 85% of its grapes sourced from Grand Cru or Premier Cru vineyards, this prestigious house has defined opulence in every bubbly drop.

    Their latest NV Brut Rosé, based on the 2018 vintage is blending with 40% reserve wines and a touch of 6% still red wine. This champagne greets the nose with a bouquet of sweet red berries, peonies, stone fruits, white cherries, freshly baked bread, and a hint of spices. Medium to full-bodied, with a seamless core of fruit and a lively, fine-boned profile on the palate.

    About the producer: Billecart Salmon

    The house of Billecart Salmon was created in 1818 from the union of Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon. More than 200 years later, it is still family owned and now run by Mathieu Roland Billecart, 7th generation. Always striving for excellence, they own more than 400 small and 20 large oak casks to micro vinify their wines before the blend and use longer fermentation at a lower temperature to maintain freshness and finesse. Billecart Salmon rosé is the flagship of the house and Clos St Hilaire their premium cuvée.

    Returns

    SALE OR RETURN is available by prior arrangement only and for orders of 96 bottles or more. All returns are at the customer’s expense. Returns must be made within 28 days of original delivery and goods must be in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to only refund up to 25% of the original order. For further details please contact customer services 020 8858 6011.

    CANCELLATIONS can be made within seven working days from receipt of delivery, provided that all wines are unopened and in their original condition. To cancel an order customers should contact the Customer Service team on 020 8858 6011 or email orders@davy.co.uk. It is your responsibility to keep the wines safe and in their original condition until collection is made.

    TASTING CANCELLATIONS – full refunds can only be made where at least 7 days’ notice is given prior to the event date. Refunds will only be given after this time if we are able to re-sell your tickets. In the event that a tasting is cancelled, Davy’s shall offer customers a full refund.
