This family-owned and independent house owns 87 ha of vineyards in the Vallée d’Epernay and the Côte des Blancs. This is one of the smallest estates in Champagne, but its top cuvée named after Sir Winston Churchill gave the brand international recognition and prestige.
Blended from 30 wines, the Pol Roger team uses an equal blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier in order to create Pol Roger Brut nv Champagne, also known as White Foil. Lovely apple and brioche aromas with white floral notes present on the nose. The palate shows stone fruits and hazelnuts with hints of honey. Pol Roger Brut is a rounded Champagne with a fine mousse and good acidity.
